Two years in and the war continues…

Two years in, the war continues. People are dying, children are hiding in basements, people are fleeing, rockets are shooting, sirens are blaring and bombs are landing. No one in the country is untouched by the war. I pray for Ukraine. I weep with Ukraine.

One day the war will end, and Ukraine will be a free nation. And my question for every Ukrainian is - will you be free on the inside?

The only One that offers us the true freedom we need and desire is Jesus Christ. And the freedom Jesus offers us - no war, no human, no circumstance in this life can take this away. The freedom Christ offers carries us through this life and its trials, into a glorious eternal life. This life full of pain and beauty, is so short compared to eternity. It’s life or death for us all, whether we live in a war or not.

When we know Jesus, we don’t need to fear death. Jesus said ”Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”“ John 11:25-26 

Jesus wants to give you life and freedom today. Do you believe in Him?
